1. Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment when you use the correct channel below.
App Store / Google Play purchases: contact that store’s support for refunds or cancellation, per their rules. Subscriptions often include about a 7-day trial; you can usually cancel during the trial with no charge (see each platform’s policy).
Website checkout (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, etc.): contact our support for refunds.
Important: do not use “complaint” / dispute flows in payment apps—your account may be marked high-risk (“blacklisted”) and lose future service.
2. Before you buy
Please ensure your network supports PPTP, L2TP, OpenVPN, or SSTP before purchasing. If you cannot connect using these protocols, do not purchase to avoid loss.
3. Payment methods
We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayPal, online banking, and credit cards. Services activate right after payment. For web-payment refunds, contact our support.
4. Free trial
New users may get a 1-day free trial; access may be limited depending on server status.
5. Simultaneous connections
How many devices under one account can use the VPN at the same time. Multi-login lets you protect several devices together.
6. Unlimited data & fair use
“Unlimited” means normal personal use. Excluded: reselling bandwidth, heavy P2P, massive downloads, gateway use, spam, or over ~30GB/day.
